Rove will be prosecuted eventually. Why? Because he’s ignored subpoenas and won’t testify in front of Congress. He runs a high risk of being held in contempt of court. There is mounds of evidence against him and even though he would receive a pardon from the President, it would be an enlightening affair to hear the committee members’ pointed questions. Karl Rove speaks with a forked tongue, and he's probably trying to play on the "sympathy voters" for McCain, the underdog. Unfortunately, Karl Rove has lost all credible, gradually over time, in my mind. Since his early college days, at age 19, he has performed illegal and cruel things to the political opponents of the "politicians" he's trying to get into office via subterfuge, lying, spreading false rumors, bribing, etc., etc. The Valerie Plame (Wilson) leak, which he was fully involved in, is his MO. Please read my article about the Plame leak and the damage it caused to overseas CIA case officers and the spies they recruited.
