Always on the leading edge of useful information, has given us another gem which could prove to be heaven sent for those facing foreclosure of their homes….a national epidemic.
Listening to Randi’s show yesterday, I was blown away by a statistic that seemed hard to believe until you take into account how inefficient and reckless bureaucracy or “paper-pushers†can be.
If you are about to be foreclosed on or you think you may be foreclosed on watch the FIRST video below. A report from CNN indicates that if your bank can’t FIND YOUR LOAN DOCUMENTS you may not have to lose your home. because the banks CAN’T FIND YOUR LOAN! DOCUMENTS.
Dig this: A recent study conducted by Katherine Porter, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Iowa, discovered that banks attempting to foreclose on a home could not produce the loan documents demonstrating that they own the home in over 40% of the cases studied.
What she actually found is “that banks failed to attach a copy of the promissory note, that is the evidence that the consumer owes the debt in over 40% of the situations, so 4 out of 10 consumers were being asked by their bank to make payments on a mortgage that the bank didn’t provide the evidence of what those debts were.
