What’s it going to take Mr. and Mrs. Congressperson? By now the whole world is aware of ’s admittance that what he said at a White House press briefing on October 10th, 2003 regarding the allegations of Karl Rove and Scooter Libby’s involvement in the leak of CIA Valerie Plame’s true identity was pure bullshit…..but he didn’t know it at the time.

McClellan was Bush’s White House Press Secretary from 2003 to 2006 and served as Governor Bush’s traveling press secretary during the 2000 Presidential election. He has been a member of Bush’s inner circle and certainly privy to most of went on behind closed doors which is what makes his disclosures extremely credible and difficult to dispute.

I do not credit Bush and his cronies with much, however I will admit that they have mastered the art of “making bullshit smell like roses.” But even they will not be able to spin what Mr. McClellan has revealed in his tell-all book scheduled to be released in the Spring of 2008.

Here’s a peak of what we can expect this Spring. Hopefully, those in Congress who all still interested in exposing the “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” committed by Bush and Cheney and the ongoing cover-up.

"I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice President, the President’s chief of staff, and the president himself."

Now with these new revelations, how much longer can Pelosi and Reid deny what must be done? How much longer can John Conyers, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, not initiate a full scale investigation of really did happen and who should be held accountable for it? Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT) has demanded that Attorney General Michael Mukaskey immediately open a new investigation of the Plame case. NOW WILL ACTION BE TAKEN BY THOSE THAT WE ELECTED TO REPRESENT US?

It is now time for all honest men and women to put aside their personal and party agendas and focus, if only for this moment in our nation’s history, on rigorously seeking the truth of these matters and allow the laws of our land dictate what must follow.
