Just when you thought the depths of stupidity had been plumbed.….I received a comment this morning in response to the article published in The Lang Report, stating that in a recent survey, 23% of Texans polled believe that Barack Obama is a muslim. The mentality of the commenter reminds me of how George Bush could have possibly been elected TWICE!

If nothing else, John McCain’s choice of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin to be his running mate and the next Vice President of the United States is controversial and will be seen (in hindsight) as either his greatest blunder or a stroke of strategic genius. Time will tell although we are betting on the former. In fact, some have surmised that his ultimate decision was made only after the Democratic National Convention ended with Barack Obama’s historic acceptance of the Democratic nomination and the speech he delivered that blew away everyone who witnessed it

The Bush Administration, while publicly advocating diplomacy in order to stop Iran from pursuing a nuclear weapon, has increased clandestine activities inside Iran and intensified planning for a possible major air attack. The article gives us a glimpse into Bush’s belief that it is his destiny, and god’s will that he continue on his messianic mission to spread Democracy in the Middle East. …..very scary!

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you’ve got a friend in Dirty Harry. Though a longtime follower of John McCain — dating back to the Arizona senator’s 2000 run against George W.
