I’m Mad as Hell and I’m Not Going to Take It Anymore - a new category

I know that most TLR readers are extremely frustrated, if not enraged about how the Bush Crime Family has behaved to date, even before they moved into the . I empathize with my readers and every other caring citizen as we all watch Bush, with his smug arrogance continue to act, unimpeded by Congress, the Supreme Court and the American people.
Many nights I find myself screaming at my television as I watch Bush and his cronies commit “high crimes and misdemeanors” almost daily while Americans and their elected representatives sit idly by and take it up the a*s!
As I reflected on this insanity, slowly working myself into a lather while driving my car today, I started to recite the now famous line from the movie Network, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore!”
If you remember the movie, the protagonist, Howard Beale, is a television news anchor, who, after reporting the evening news daily, year after year, suddenly snaps one day and spouts the, “I’m mad as hell…..” line.
His outburst creates havoc within the news organization, until they decide to let him rant as they see the potential in increased viewership.
So Beale begins to begin his show nightly, screaming, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore” and insists that everyone open up their windows and shout out loud, “I’m mad as hell…..,” which everyone does because they too are tired of the bullshit and the frustration of not being able to do anything about the crime, injustice and man’s inhumanity to man that they witness daily.
That’s how George Bush and his criminal acts makes me feel…..MAD!
HOW ABOUT YOU?
As a result, The Lang Report will add a new category to its roster, called: I’m Mad as Hell!
