Gallup: Obama ahead of Clinton by 8 points; McCain leads both

Barack Obama’s lead over Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton in Gallup’s daily national "tracking poll" grew to 8 percentage points today — putting it just outside the survey’s margin of error. Gallup says Obama
has a 50%-42% advantage over his rival for the Democratic presidential nomination. Yesterday, he held a 48%-44%. The survey firm writes that Obama’s advantage "ties his largest lead of the Gallup Poll Daily tracking program, along with a 50% to 42% showing in Feb. 28-March 1 polling.

Obama Suggests Ex-Pastor Is Contrite
