Reaction to feedback on Obama vs. Clinton
Baltimore Sun – United States
in which I imagined what would happen if Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton accepted WWE’s invitation to appear on Raw tomorrow night. Obviously, my intent was just to have a little fun with the absurd idea of the two presidential candidates settling their differences in the ring – which is what WWE has proposed. It seems that not everyone got the joke, however.

McCain Blasts Obama Over William Ayers
Washington Post – United States
Barack Obama’s (D-Ill.) affiliation with a sixties radical today, foreshadowing the kind of cultural divide that will likely dominate any contest between the two parties during the general election. In his appearance on ABC News’ "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," the presumptive GOP presidential nominee questioned why Obama had compared William Ayers — an academic who belonged to the Weather Underground, a violent group opposed to the Vietnam war — to Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.), a McCain supporter who supports the death penalty for abortion providers.

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (AFP) — Barack Obama’s camp warned Sunday Hillary Clinton was running out of "real estate" in her quest to deprive him of the Democratic nomination, as their next presidential voting showdown loomed. Two days before the Pennsylvania primary, the Illinois senator’s team piled on the pressure, as Clinton sought to stretch a thin edge into a much-needed thumping win here, as their tussle nears its end-game.

Each candidate says the other is unfit to lead the country. Far too many people have been far too ignorant for far to long for too many reasons, yet I am positive that when the right people get the right information, all will be wine and roses for a very long time… GRD

Gary, well said. The only problem is tha information alone is not enough to affect change. The right information coupled with massive action will have a far better chance to realize the goal you speak of.

I will only vote for Obama if he asks Hillary to be vp.He needs to follow the will of the people and that is the will of the people.

Earla, assuming you are a democrat, why wouldn’t you vote for Obama whoever he chooses to be his running mate.
I am curious why you believe that the will of the people is for Hillary to be that choice. If you are referring to the 18+ million people that voted for her, they wanted her to be president, NOY V.P.!
Another question I pose to you is if Hillary is not on the ticket, then who would you vote for?
    John McCain?
I understand wanting your person to be a factor but is you truly believe in Hillary than why aren’t you being a “good soldier” and following her direction and backing Obama.
Sour grapes have no business in the voting booth!
