CREAM of REPUBLICAN CROP has ALREADY CURDLED

With the 2008 presidential election less than 400 days away, the candidates are scrambling as they try to follow the leader of their Party and his corrupt administration into the White House. Compounding that issue is this is the first time since 1928 that no one is running for re-election and no sitting Vice President is seeking the nomination.
The Republicans presently have no clear-cut front-runner, no winning message to promote and nothing positive to show for the last seven years they’ve held the White House. This means that we can count on them turning on each other in an attempt look good only by making the other guy look bad….a tactic the Republican party seems to excel at.
I believe that President Clinton expressed it best in this tongue-in-cheek (but true) video below:
Republican presidential candidates and the Republican National Committee (RNC) ignore people of color claiming "scheduling conflicts" to avoid speaking to the annual conferences of the National Urban League and the National Council of La Raza. Both organizations are national, nonpartisan advocates for people of color.
The top Republican candidates were also a no-show at the debate held at
Tom Joyner, the syndicated radio host brought on knowing laughter from the audience when he sarcastically said in his opening remarks, “Let me take a moment right here and now to say hello to those of you viewers from home: Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Senator John McCain, Gov. Mitt Romney and Senator Fred Thompson,”
As laughable as all of this is, providing an abundance of material for “Real Time with Bill Maher”; it’s actually pathetic that these cowardly hypocrites represent the best that this country and its Republican Party can offer up to run for our country’s highest elected official and what is arguably the most powerful position on the world.
