George Bush talks to god so he’ll know how to best to be the "leader of the free world and lead Americans out of the wilderness!

So, if you ever wondered……

• Why did George Bush enter the United States into war with Iraq?    Because god told him to!
• Why did George Bush veto the Bill against the wishes of the American majority?  Because god told him to!
• Why did George Bush approve illegal wire tapping of American citizens and then lie about its’ existence?  Because god told him to!

Getting the picture? God talks directly to our President, George Walker Bush, telling him what to do and what not to do. Aren’t we the lucky ones? No, actually we are f*cked!

If the American electorate knew prior to electing Bush to be the President of the United States that he would be making executive decisions after his conversations with god, he never would have gotten anywhere near the White House. We are talking about decisions that would be affecting almost 300 million American citizens and their relationship with the rest of the world…….after his converstions with god!

Now I do know that many politcians, past and present, have been guided by their religious beliefs or a spiritual sense of what’s right and wrong. However I am talking about something very different here. I am referring to his that has cost the United States the senseless loss of over 3000 American soldiers and almost 75,000 civilians!

A very scary and difficult to accept component of Bush’s behavior is that he has yet to admit any wrong doing or make any course corrections because "his god" cannot be wrong. So he continues to march on in any direction "his god" points him in, even when faced with a dead end.

So all of the late-night jokes from Leno and Letterman about god being President Bush’s Chief of Staff are not funny anymore, especially when people are dying.

So Bush perseveres in the face of adversity despite being wrong and others suffering the consequences, all because god told him to!
