OK, all niceties aside, Rove is also credited for most of the dirty tricks that were used in the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections. Rarely seen in public, he is the "puppet master", pulling the strings behind the scenes. Morality aside, he is brilliant if winning and crushing your opponents is the only objective.

He once sent a crowd of "homeless types" to a posh Democratic event in Chicago, falsely promising that "free alcohol" would be available all in an attempt to cause embarrassment and disrupt evening.

I am certain that Rove’s timing in going to cause many tongues to wag as the Democrats in Congress have been closing in on the truth concerning several matters, matters that could land Rove and many of Bush’s cronies in jail.

Well, they say "timing is everything" and Rove has definitely proven to be a master of it. however last November he failed in the probably impossible task of saving the Republican hold on both houses of Congress

There is little doubt to anyone with half a brain that Rove should, at the very least, be accountable for the sad state of affairs our country is in and the low esteem in which it is held in the capital of the world.

If there ever comes a time that a book is authored on "dirty tricks" there would be no better man than Karl Rove for the job. Again, morality aside, he moves were brilliant. Like a chess master is neutralized every opponent and situation in order to move "his man" closer to to the targeted goal.

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights attributed to Rove:

• He played a major role in many decisions, including the one to invade Iraq!
• During the primaries he created a whisper campaign that told voters that Senator McCain had a black child
• He created the "flip flop" label describing John Kerry during the 2004 Presidential campaign, even though Bush was tha champion flip-flopper
• He was widely suspected of "outing" Valerie Plame, the CIA secret agent
